Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My father has a condo in Florda with a woman that is not his wife. He has passed and did not have a will. What is the childrens rights for his property half?

If he didn't leave a Will and the property was solely owned by him (assuming he was not married at death), then the condominium would pass equally between his children. The girlfriend would not have any rights unless her name was on the deed.
