Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Father passed away and he had a house. The lady he lived with, not married to, states that she has "rights of survivorship" to the house. Can I still sue her for the house as I am the full beneficiary of everything else?

No, if she owned the property with your father at the time of his death in survivorship she gets the entire property upon his death. Sorry for your loss.
