Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

After a final judgement has been determined by the court. It has been 4 months can I file a motion for a rehearing. I never went to court. The opposing attorney got the judgement due to technicality that I did not deposit money with the clerk. The rent payments were never part of the motions from the landlords attorneys. I always paid my rent on time. Also I was evicted one day before my lease was up. I have a hearing coming up for landlords attorney's fees can I file a motion for a rehearing ?

Probably too later for the relief you seek. You may want an attorney to review the court file to confirm.

The time for rehearing and the basis for same would appear not to apply to you and these arguments. whatever arguments you had you should have made timely and trying to do them in a rehearing is not appropriate.
