Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Friend passed away over five years ago, without a will, her only child, have been making the house payments from the time of her death, how can she get the Home legally into my name as the homeowner?

Huh? You need to probate the Estate for the individual who passed away. Her heirs will get the property. After they legally own it they can dispose of it as they see fit. Your question is internally inconsistent so I am not sure what you are asking. Seek some legal advice with all your paperwork.

The estate must go through probate so title can be transferred.
