Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My grandmother pass and my uncle been living in her home and not paying taxes I see that someone been paying taxes on house if I change the house over to my name will that stop people from paying taxes to try and take the house ?

You cannot just change the house to your name. if the house was owned by your grandmother and she had a will you need to probate that will. without a will her heirs would receive the assets, which would include your uncle. seek some legal guidance with all your paperwork and facts
