Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband and I have two of our children living in our home. Ages 21 and 18. Neither of them pay rent, have a written or verbal lease, or contribute financially or otherwise to the home. The relationship is a bit complicated and troubled. Anyhow, we are wanting to know how to legally have them removed from our home. Last night we were awakened after midnight and had to speak with the police who advised that we have to continue giving them access to our home or risk being sued by them. An attorney advised that it's not an eviction that's needed, instead we need to file other paperwork to "get possession", however I do not know exactly what paperwork that is. Please advise, I currently do not have the funds to to obtain the attorney's services.
