Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My husband died and did not leave a will. The home became life estate property. The heirs Quit Claim me their potions of the home. I know show 100% ownership of the home. How do I get a deed in my name or do I need a Corrective Deed to be added to the original deed. I live in Polk County Florida and want to know can I use online document ( Legal zoom, Deed.com) to complete this process as my income is very limited.

If all the remainder interests have transferred their interest to you and a certified copy of the death certificate and continuous marriage affidavit are recorded you should have the fee simple interest. There is no corrective deed needed. Did his Estate transfer the property to you in life estate? You need to contact a local attorney and make sure all you need has been done. The online document services cannot review what you have already to make sure they accomplish what you want.
