Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

IJ livein Florida and signed a purchase contract for a house. I put in $2000 good faith money. Ihave a change in my finances and feel that the purchase is too costly at this time. I know I will loose my good faith money, Are there liabilities if I do not make the purchase.
