I have a judgment against me but there is no lien on my house which is homesteaded. If I sell the house, will the title company deduct the value of the judgment from the proceeds of the sale?

No, it is exempt.

If it remains exempt throughout until the actual sale takes place, you should not be required to pay the judgment from the proceeds. If the exempt character or nature changes at any time prior to sale, than you may have to pay the judgment.
