Hi I live in florida and and trying to find the declaration of homestead forms no one seems to know where to find them
i was served with a judgement I know i can prove this is my homestead but that gives you extra added protection

There is no form. You need to file an appropriate affidavit.

The Affidavit of Homestead is available online; however, it is filed when there is a contract to sell or a commitment from a lender for a mortgage on your homestead. .
