Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a mortgage for a condo with my parents on the title because they live in it. My parents went through a bankruptcy and the mortgage serving company refused to speak to me because of this and stopped sending mortgage payment statements. Now they are trying to foreclose stating that we did not make the adequate payments but I always paid the amount on the last statement send about 18 months ago. Can they do this? Can they get away from not responding to me and not sending me any statements? thank you for any advise.

If you are not the responsible party on the mortgage, they can refuse to deal with you. If they have accepted payments, they have to properly credit those payments. You need to hire an attorney to assist you and your parents.
