What does a notary public in the state of florida need to do when notarizing a document for a Florida resident but the document is a Limited Power of Attorney for someone in Puerto Rico? Do they need an apostille?

Puerto Rico should honor the notarized POA. An Apostlle certificaion should not to be required. You may want to add a statement it is to be used in PR.
