Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

In oct 2008 i moved into a condo in st. Petersburg fl. For 1200.00 with a one year lease. The next 4.5 years i just paid 1200.00 month to month. In April of 2015 i got a verbal that i could have first right of refusal. 2 weeks later the landlord sold the condo without giving me first right of refusal and is sending me notice that i must be out in 55 days. Under florida law do i have any rights and what are they?
