Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

As an owner of a florida condo located in Bal Harbour, the condo board is moving towards joining together with a large hotel and our absentee owners who presently rent our their units , to turn our building into a hotel/resident building. I am against this idea because when I purchased my unit, I was buying "quiet enjoyment" in my last years. Does the Board of our building have the right to commit this change for our building?

In all likelihood the owners would need to approve such a transition. Check your condo documents or hire an attorney to review them for you.
