our agent leased our property with a 2 year lease. (he took his commission up front.)
The lease ended 4 months ago and has been staying on month to month.
Is the agent still entitled to additional commission?

Your lease agreement and broker agreement control whether there is entitlement to additional commission. This assumes the property is in Florida. If I California, you need to check with an attorney from that State
