Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i own property with a ex-boyfriend. both names are on the deed as tenants in common. i have a buyer for the property but my ex will not return my phone calls or mail. i don't even know if he is still living in the area. how can i sell the house. i purchased the property, have been paying for all taxes on it for about 10 years.

ps: he had destroyed the property after we broke up and its not worth much now, i would just like to get my costs back if possible.

If you have paid monies beyond that which he paid, in the partition action you should include a claim for an accounting.
