if you purchase a bank-owned home in foreclosure in the Central Florida area thru an auction and the home is occupied by the former owner how do you remove/evict the former owner from the property quickly and legally?

You seek a writ of possession from the Court that entered the foreclosure, assuming the final judgment provided for it to be entered. You should have looked this all up before purchasing the home.
