real estate deal was cancelled due to lack of finance . seller and buyer had a good relationship and realtors a bad relationship. buyer wants to come back later to purchase but does not want to deal with sellers realtor. can the seller dismiss the realtor and cancel the listing agreement

The listing agreement with the seller controls when and how it gets cancelled and what purchasers would be covered by the commission that would be owed. Have the listing agreement reviewed to determine when it can be sold without a commission to the buyer referenced.
