Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I rent to own a mobile home from my brother-in-law. Is he able to raise rent on the mobile home on personal matters? I had breast cancer and was unable to work for almost a year. My Aunt has been paying him my rent for 17 months,but the utilities were paid by him for about 6 months.What are my options?Can He raise my rent or evict me? Also we have NO contract.

How do you know it is rent to own? how much of your rent gets credited to the purchase price when you own it? This situation does not make much sense. I suggest you need some legal help to determine if your "rent to own" actually exists. I doubt it.
