Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I own a few rental properties and have heard that its smart to incorporate them. Should I incorporate a business and register each house as a LP?

As well what is the difference in a Florida, Deleware and Nevada Corporation and which would be the best for rental properties, S, C or just an LLC.

Thanks!

Incorporation will prevent you incurring personal liability for such things as household accidents relating to those properties. In addition, each property should be shielded from the others so that liability from one property does not lead to liens on other properties. You should consult with a Florida attorney (assuming that the properties are located in Florida) to determine the best ownership structure.
