Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

im a renter whose home is being forclosed on do I have to keep paying my rent or can I save my rent to find another place to live without being evicted by the owners who aren't paying ther mortgage ?

You have a contractual duty to honor your commitments. If you don't pay you can be evicted. Do you have a written lease? If so, you are bound by its terms. The mortgage company would have to honor it as well. The failure of the owner to pay the mortgage does not give you an independent right to stop paying.
