Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

We are renting a condo from the association that went into foreclosure and was recently bought. The new landlord/owner is ok with us staying on month-to-month for another 6 months (we will sign a lease as soon as everything closes with the purchase). The transaction is fairly recently and we have not seen any paperwork that he's now the owner but he has however asked to see a copy of our current lease that we have with the condo association. Should we ask for evidence of ownership and should we give a copy of our current lease or have him contact the condo association for any info?

You definitely need adequate proof his ownership. He can contact the condo association and get whatever he needs from them. Until he is confirmed as the owner, I would be very careful about what information you supply or provide to him.
