transfer of condo
mom and dad had a condo in Florida---passed away. Left it to 4 of us siblings--3 live in Canada i live in MI--want to buy them out and own condo outright---what has to be done so i can get clear title to condo---thanks

It could be taken care of as part of the Estate proceeding. Else, you should consult with competent counsel who will review the Will and what happened including any deed that issued, then prepare an appropriate deed for execution and recording. You may call me at 305-940-8080.
