Legal Question
My friend and I were sharing a two bedroom apartment. We were both on disability as well as being helped by Section 8. He just died. Will I have to move to a one bedroom apt now? Also, I received about $15,000 on his insurance policy. Will that make me ineligible for section 8? Will they stop my disability payments? Will I have to give the money to them? Thank you.
