Legal Question in Social Security Law in Florida

I have been the Rep Payee for boyfriend who I supported for 16 years while he tried to get SSi and Disability. Now he has decided to get back into drugs and go take me off as the Payee without notice. The judge stated he needed a payee at the time of court, so not sure how he did that? But, now he claims that this month I need to give him every dime or he is going to prosecute me.. He owes me rent and money loaned to him from me and other people..He also has probation to pay that I pay from his check every month.. Can he prosecute me since i have not been notified by SSA yet and he actually owes this money out already?
