Legal Question in Tax Law in Florida

Employer wants to file late 1099.

Im a 1099 contractor for a Non-Profit, who in 30 years have never issued 1099's to contactors as they consider it a B2B Transaction, this year there considering issuing a late 1099s due to a new auditor, I have already filed for this year jointly with my wife and even payed the government, but I under reported by 10K due to the fact I had not worked in years and had no extra money to pay the government and since now both me and the wife are jobless and have no income, we even moved back in with parents, there would be no realistic way within the remainder of the year I could see us getting even 10% of 10K plus all the penalties there going to impose .

Is it time to renounce citizenship and move to North Korea or Venezuela?

Or just keep praying they dont file the late 1099s?

Kind Regards

Are you asking attorneys to help you evade taxes? You've already stated that you underreported your income to the IRS. You need to amend your return to make it correct and work out a payment plan with the IRS.
