Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Can you just go 30 mph which is the maximum speed legally on a moped or scooter (having proper registration for the moped/ scooter) in zones that are speed limits 50 mph in Florida? Or is this illegal? Can you do this?

Yes it is legal unless there is a posted minimum. That said, it is very dangerous and you should consider other routes.
