Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

A friend was arrested for DUI, as well as Driving with no valid license in Florida though presented Police with a Bahamian license. What propelled the pursuit was allegedly he passed an emergency vehicle ( a police stopping another car pulled alongside the road.) The police pulled my friend in the parking lot of a convenient store. His Miranda rights were not read. The Field Sobriety Test was conducted when they arrived to the police station. he was not told what he blew (report says BAC .145/.149). The vehicle information was not listed on any of the vehicles, nor did he have a chance to contact the owner (it was impounded). I bonded him out later. He is a native born Jamaican and his VISA expired years ago as his EX Wife never completed paperwork. His sister is now in the process of filing his paperwork. The million dollar questions of the day is that can that can he get case thrown out before the court date based on the details during his arrest that I provided? If he does go to court will he be "held" due to "Current Immigration Status" since they didn't catch the discrep during bond? Thanks for any help if possible.
