Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

a friend of mine borrowed my vehicle and when it came time to return it you called me and told me that it was leaking transmission fluid badly, in which I told him I would call roadside assistance and have it towed, he insisted that I let him try to fix it, in which I refused and told him that I would call Geico and have roadside assistance call a tow truck, he was not happy with me calling a tow truck so when the tow truck arrived he had the tow truck driver tow it to inbound off of his private property.like I said I called Geico to have it towed to my residence, and Geico ended up backing out of it, and my vehicle was towed to impound, since then the leassee of the property said he did not ask it to be towed in pound, the tow truck driver took it upon himself to do that.now I have to pay it and upwards of $300 1025 dollars a day while it sits in impound.I truly feel that I am being extorted by the tow company.

You need to post this question for a civil or small claims lawyer as this does not involve any sort of traffic infraction.
