Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I was making a right on red at a red light camera. I am 99.99% sure that I came to a full stop. Perhaps I pulled up a bit further and didn't come to a complete stop the second time (when I was moving up to get a better look.) The light flashed just as I was turning. I do not believe that I did anything wrong. What are the chances that I will get a red light ticket? Also, if I do get a red light ticket how long do they take to come in the mail in Palm Beach county, Florida? If I do get a ticket do I have a good claim on which to fight it?

First, make sure your registration (not just your driver's license) is up to date with the DMV, that way you don't get a ticket sent to you without your knowledge. So, based on your facts, you "shouldn't" get a ticket. That said, some cities still send these out to people, and then people blindly pay it without getting advice from a lawyer. If you do get one, then you should talk to an attorney in your area who actually fights these and take it to court.
