Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

My son was pulled over on a Friday evening in a downtown college town for going 5 under the speed limit and texting. He was not texting (he was on the phone with me). We have cell records for proof. How can he get a ticket for Speed too slow for conditions at 5 MPH in a downtown area? What defense should he use to defend himself?

You need to get an attorney to fight this. He could defend himself and give his side of the story but because he may accidentally say something incriminating, an attorney would be best. Find one in your area who handles traffic tickets.
