Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Is a speeding ticket VOID if I did not sign it? I got a speeding ticket of doing 75 in a 60mph zone and the state trooper was driving on the interstate in the opposite direction when he says he clocked me. (Citrus County)

No it is not void. You are still required to resolve it or else you lose your license.
