Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

my truck

actually my brothers truck but has 2 past dui's and currdently with no license ........so truck is in my name along with my insurance. He is still drinking and driving. what will happen to me if he hurts someone or gets arrested yet again?

as owner of the vehicle you do hold some liability to any damage or injury caused by someone driving that vehicle. The fact that you knowingly allow your unlicensed brother to drive the vehicle, and you know that he operates it in a reckless and illegal manner is not very good for you.

You should take the truck away from him or transfer the title out of your name. You are not in a good situation based on what you state here.
