Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have 3 cds that my uncle left me at 2 different banks that I am trying to get access to and Im being told that all accounts are being held. I was also just released from prison for about a week now and I have been given a contact person to contact regarding this problem and at this time I have not received any calls back

Need to find his will and start a probate process.

If you have been convicted of a felony-you can't serve

as personal representative but still can be a beneficiary.

Being held for you does not really explain how that was to happen. You need the CD information to show you were the beneficiary or co-owner or whatever. Agree with prior posts, you need to hire an attorney to assist with the process
