Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

What should be done with my 90 year old mothers money now to avoid paying taxes when she passes. Should she have someone else's name on her bank accounts?

There are no estate taxes unless estate over 5.3 mill. A probate of her estate will be required unless all assets are held "jointly, with right of survivorship".
