Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Contest a Will

Last year my mother was angry that I helped my grandmother who died and I was joint with rights of survivorship on checking. She harassed me into giving her the $21,000. Mother changed will and removed me and my brothers and benefit a cousin. Can I get my $21,000 back? Is it worth it to contest (total of about $120K estate)?

Re: Contest a Will

Your mother had a right to change her will and there is nothing you can do about that. Your $21,000 sounds like a gift. I see no way to validly get it back.
