Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Do I have to go to court if I have my father will in which he gave me the condo I was renting from them, I stop to pay rent the month of my father dead. The condo was bougth by him and his wife as an estate by the entireties with right of survivorship.The wife started eviction process. What should I do now in order to keep this condo for me?

You need an attorney. If the title to the condo was in the name of both with right of survivorship - then the condo belongs to her NOT you. You were probably in the will as a second beneficiary in the event they BOTH died simultaneously and then you could inherit.
