Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Death with will, probate or not?

A parent has died, she had a will. But, two sons had power of attorney, as she was not able to handle her business. About a month before her death, the sons did a quit claim deed on her house to get it out of her name. She passed and has some medical bills, is the house considered in the estate, as it is not in her name? She has a small checking account--name removed--

The will calls to have her house equally divided with 3 sons. And it will be after it being sold.

What is the status of this situation?? Probate or Not?

Re: Death with will, probate or not?

Check this out with a local title co. I doubt they will approve the POA and will require a probate.
