Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

if a dying person signed transferring real property on their deathbed with no witnesses or notary, is a probate attorney supposed to look at that also, what occurred just prior to death? If so, what is the rule of thumb on that? Is it days, a few months, when someone's dying in the hospital?

That transfer is ineffective for any purpose. The last will in effect on death applies OR intestate law if no will exists.
