Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

i'm executor of my fathers will I have a stock paper thats shows my fathers name as well as another name listed with jt ten along side the other persons name what does that mean and are my siblings and I entitled to any of these stocks.

If that person survived your father, then they will inherit that stock. "JT TEN" means Joint tenants with the right of survivorship.

Now if the other person predeceased your father, then it would go through probate, and pass according to your father's Will or by Intestate Law if he had no Will. Intestate Law would mean a piece to a surviving spouse, and the rest to his children. If no surviving spouse, then divided between his children.
