Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father in law died and left a decrepit house trailer in a trailer park. None of our names are on the lot rental agreement OR the trailer title itself. there are no other assets. Are we responsible in any way for that trailer? The rental agreement says the Park reserves the right to take over the trailer if lot rent is not paid--which we are fine with....we have not talked with them--preferring to walk away.

You have no responsibility for the trailer.

Unless someone else has sign to guarantee it, you are not responsible and can abandon it.
