their are 7 heirs 5.5 acres left to us by father . brother special admin. puts up for sale tells know one. says we don't have any say.said we don't even sign the titles

If this is homestead property and will specifically directed that the property be sold then the Personal Representative may sell without the consent of heirs/beneficiaries (net proceeds after cost of administration and claims goes to heirs/beneficiaries). Otherwise, homestead property generally descends directly to heirs or residuary beneficiaries. The heirs then must decide on whether or how to dispose of the property.
