Re: gain ownership of property

Your power of attorney ended when your grandmother died. To sell the home you will need to open a probate estate, have have the court determine heirs and grant someone (you) authority to sell the property. It should not be a complex matter assuming no family will contest it. I would estimate you should be able to have it done for around a thousand dollars. Feel free to call me if you have any questions.
