I am the third heir in an estate after the owner passed. Can I be forced to sell if I don't agree with sell price or conditions of the sale?

The personal representative or trustee has the power to sell but must be a prudent representative or trustee.

Mr Pippen is accurate. In addition if the property is transferred out of the Estate to the heirs than any one of them can file a partition action to sell the property. Not sure what you mean by "third heir" and that may impact the answers. Seek some guidance with all your facts.
