Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I own a home in N.Y. and snowbird in Florida. If a Florida lawyer does my revocable trust will it be valid in n.y. my benefeciaries reside in N.Y. Please help. -- confused.

If validly executed, it is good in every state.

The trust will likely be valid in any State where you have assets. If you need to fund the trust or populate it with your assets, you should check with an attorney in the locale where any real or personal property is located.
