My husband inherit from his adopted son, I am entitled also to the inheritance?

Unless you are named in a will or trust, you would not inherit by statute.

It depends-we would need more information.

Are you asking about if you get divorced or if your

husband dies.

An inheritance is not a marital asset upon divorce if kept separate

but you have a spousal right to part of your husbands estate upon death.

You said his adopted son. You are not entitled to anything unless this was your son and he adopted him. Then you share equally.
