Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I,currently,am in Illinois and need to draw up a new will.I am ,actually,a Florida resident and have been told I must use a Florida lawyer. Why?

You don't have to use a Florida lawyer. You have to follow Florida formalities in the creation of the will and in the execution of it.
