Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

i have several judgments against me in ohio and two here in key west florida. if i inherit money from family members, does the courts mandates the trustee to pay off those judgments before i inherit my share left to me?

No. The inheritance may be subject to garnishment, however.
