Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Is it against the law in Florida for an executor to open a sealed envelope that has the will to which they are the executor for with out the presence of an attorney, and if the executor does the will becomes null and void.

There are no executors in Florida. There are personal representatives. No they would need to open the sealed envelope to properly probate the will. It is not against the law and the document cannot be nullified by that action.
