There is a man in prison with a life sentence but has been notified that he have thousands of dollars at a lawyer office from part of a settlement from a wrongful death case of his son someone contacted him and told him all he needs to do is write a letter explaining what he want done with his money my question is does that letter need to be notarized and can that attorney setup an bank account for the inmate due to his circumstances because he don't want anyone to be power attorney
